Payments
What payment methods does Jesus Is King accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and EFT or direct bank deposit. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and every payment runs through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and your card details are never stored on our servers. You enter them on the secure payment step and nowhere else.
Can I pay by EFT or bank deposit?
Yes. Choose bank deposit at checkout, make the transfer, then send your proof of payment to WhatsApp +27 81 878 4499. Your order is packed and shipped as soon as the payment reflects.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Orders are paid for upfront by card or EFT before they ship.
Shipping and delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order over R1000. Under R1000 a flat R95 applies nationwide, and outlying areas are R135.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day go out the same afternoon. Metro delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, regional 2 to 4 working days, and outlying areas 3 to 5 working days.
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, we ship nationwide by courier, everything from South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within South Africa. For an international enquiry, email support@jesusiskings.co.za and we will let you know what is possible.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved in two working days, reply to that email or WhatsApp us and we will chase the courier for you.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has not been dispatched yet we can usually change or cancel it. Once it has shipped it is on its way and cannot be changed.
Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice, so please use the size guide before ordering.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email support@jesusiskings.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Protection Act we will repair, replace or refund defective goods.
Sizing and fit
How do your clothes fit?
Our pieces are cut for a relaxed, modern fit. Take your usual size for a true-to-size drape, or size down one for a closer cut.
How do I find my size?
Check the size guide. Every measurement is of the garment laid flat, so compare it against a piece you already own and like the fit of.
