These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it.
1. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment we refund in full within 5 working days.
2. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Where a reduced price is shown against a higher reference price, the reference price is the price the item was previously offered at by us.
3. Promotions
Promotional discounts, free gifts and shipping thresholds apply as stated at the time of the order. Where an offer carries a stated expiry, that expiry is real and the offer will not be honoured afterwards. One promotional discount applies per order.
4. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where these terms conflict with that Act, the Act prevails.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
