Rates
Free standard shipping on every order over R1000. Below that, a flat R95 applies nationwide.
Standard metro delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. Regional takes 2 to 4 working days. Outlying areas take 3 to 5 working days at R135.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected. If tracking has not moved in two working days, reply to that email and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
Delays
Load shedding, courier backlogs over December and public holidays all slow things down. If your order is going to miss the window above, we will email you before the window closes rather than after.
