What we collect
Name, email, delivery address, phone number and order history when you buy. Email address alone if you only subscribe to the newsletter. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, never by us.
Why we use it
To fulfil your order, to handle returns and support, to prevent fraud, to meet tax and record keeping obligations, and to send marketing where you have asked for it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email us and we will act within 30 days at no charge. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
